Fairtrade Co-Op Award

Mike Tiller, and a colleague from the Co-op, presented 10 leather footballs to Ben Godbold from Yr 11, Chair of the Fairtrade committee, and a representative from St Edmund's P.E. Dept, to say thank you to St Edmund’s for all it has done to promote Fairtrade.

The Co-op also donated £50 worth of vouchers to the school.

Ben Godbold, along with other members of the Committee, will be helping to run a workshop on ‘Fairtrade in Schools’ at the Diocesan  Justice and Peace day in Southampton on 16th February

Lady Macbeth: Blood

Blood splattered across my hand
Marks that will not be gone
For all the perfumes in the land
Cannot change what I have done
 
Blood trickles down along my arm
I cannot rest at night
I murdered sleep, I murdered calm
I believed my decisions were right 

Blood soaking through my hair and skin
The past is drowning me
Why did I let this all begin?
This is not how it was meant to be.
