Approach to Teaching

In Mathematics we use a variety of methods for teaching.

Learning is constantly being assessed through activities using such things as mini-whiteboards, Genee Pads, question and answer sessions and group discussions.

We teach interactively and formally as appropriate. We encourage pupils to be independent as well as inter-dependent.

Lessons are dynamic and many use equipment such as ICT and visualisers to help engage learning.
